This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use this website or contact us, in accordance with Law No. (13) of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy in the State of Qatar.

Who we are
Al Oula for Debt Collection W.L.L. is a Qatari company registered under commercial registration no. 247499, based in Doha, and is responsible for the data collected through this website.
Data we collect
We collect only the data you provide to us or that we need in order to deliver our services:
- Data you enter in the website forms: name, mobile number, email address, organization name, debt type and approximate amount, and any details you add.
- Documents you attach to the file submission form, such as contracts, invoices, account statements and cheques.
- Debtor data contained in the file referred to us by the creditor.
- Technical data recorded automatically by the server on submission, such as the IP address, browser type and the page the form was sent from.
How we use data
- Studying the debt file, contacting you about it and presenting a suitable collection plan.
- Providing the agreed collection and receivables management services, and sending periodic reports.
- Contacting debtors through lawful means on behalf of the creditor.
- Complying with the laws and regulations in force in the State of Qatar, and responding to requests from the competent authorities.
We do not use your data for marketing purposes, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Uploaded documents
Documents you attach to the form are sent directly to the company’s email as attachments, and no copy of them is kept on the website server. The data in the text fields is stored in the website database as a backup copy of the request.
Sharing data
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share it, only to the extent necessary, with:
- Our legal counsel when a file is referred for legal action, in coordination with the creditor.
- Judicial and official authorities when required by law.
- The technical service providers that operate the website and email, under confidentiality obligations.
Cookies and third-party services
- The website uses a single cookie to remember the language you chose, and we do not use advertising trackers.
- The website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address reaches Google when the page loads.
- WhatsApp links open the WhatsApp app, and what you write there is subject to its own privacy policy.
- The Google map on the contact page, if present, is subject to Google’s policy.
Retention period
We keep data for as long as we are working on the file, then for the period required by the applicable laws and regulations, after which we delete it or remove anything that identifies the person it relates to. Requests that do not lead to an engagement are kept no longer than necessary for the purpose they were collected for.
Data protection
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, and access to files is limited to the staff concerned with them. Keeping information confidential is one of the governance principles we adhere to at every stage of our work.
Your rights
Within the limits set by law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data or complete it.
- Withdraw your consent to processing that is based on consent.
- Object to processing or request that your data be deleted, provided this does not conflict with our legal obligations and our obligations towards the creditor.
