Frequently asked questions
Short answers to what clients ask most before submitting a file.
Do you go straight to court?
No. We always start by contacting the debtor and negotiating an amicable settlement. A file is referred for legal action only when a settlement is not possible, and in coordination with you.
How do I follow the status of my files?
We send you periodic reports on the status of each file, the amounts collected and the next step being taken on it.
How are collection fees calculated?
It depends on the nature and size of the file: a percentage of the amounts collected, a file management fee, or an annual contract for organizations with recurring files.
Do you handle debts owed by individuals?
Yes. We collect civil debts owed by individuals in a manner that respects their privacy and complies with applicable regulations.
What documents are needed to start working on a file?
Documents that prove the debt, such as contracts, invoices, account statements, cheques or promissory notes, along with the debtor's contact details.
Are my data and documents safe?
Keeping information and data confidential is one of the governance principles we adhere to at every stage of working on a file.
Do you have overdue receivables?
Send us the debt file, and our team will get in touch after studying it to present a suitable collection plan.
